The CBController was economically designed with the smaller farmer in mind. With the goal of simple automation and monitoring, this controller strives to detect issues before they become real problems. Many older grain systems were installed before automation was popular, making the CBController an excellent addition. Many new systems offer automation but come at a heavy cost. The CBController is capable of many things that newer systems offer at a much more practical price. This controller will serve as your new central hub with easy interactive touchscreen controls. Compatible with most motor devices, so no need to replace existing electrical work.
This all in one control and monitoring system lets you customize it to best fit your setup. Create custom zones for grouping motors that share a general purpose. Such as filling a dryer, emptying a dryer, unload pits or even filling overhead bins. Feel confident that if an issue is detected, that zone will safely and automatically shutdown according to what the problem is.
The CBController uses multiple monitoring techniques like identifying tripped motor overloads, measuring shaft RPMs, and sensing how many amps motors are pulling. Using all of this data you can now set over-amp alarms, enable auto stops to prevent damage to equipment, automatically shut down zones when no load is detected, stop transferring material when bins become full, place manual switches about to control zones and allow dryers to control zones for filling and discharge. The options are vast for tailoring the CBController to your grain site.
Add the Remote Monitoring Module and enjoy the peace of mind of checking in on your system whenever you want. Receive notifications of issues immediately with the app wherever you are.
